ListeningDrill can

- play both video and audio in sleep mode(background mode) seamlessly.
- adjust play speed (0.5X ~ 2.0X)
- merge subtitle files (even can merge two files they have different timing information and in different formats)
one for main for study, another for sub as translation.
- repeat based on subtitles (1, 2, 3 ... subtitles at a time, 1, 2, 3 .. times loop)
- AB repeat
- check whole scripts by scroll.
- play from selected subtitle
- adjust size and color of subtitle font
- play dialogs only (skip where no dialogs and move to next dialog immediately.
- manage vocabulary for each subtitle file, extract words from subtitle file, manage excluded words list, edit vocabulary ...
- bookmark on each subtitles, bookmark on AB repeat information.
- show and hide subtitles
- listen and repeat
- support convenient quick-dictionary

When you upload files, you can do it without USB connection.
With WiFi connection only, you can just drag and drop for uploading.

Best app I have experienced. Download audiobooks and listen to them offline. It works while the app is in the background and iPhone is locked. You can follow the subtitle even in the locked screen. Another noticeable feature is to set repeating times and speed. Waiting more videos and audiobooks. Thank you

A great app to learn language and to listen to classics. Hope we will have more audiobooks soon.

Some bad moments

Ive been using ListeningDrill since Ive got my first Apple device. It helps a lot to uplift my English language skill. Recently I upgraded to iOS 10 and encounter a serious problem with the video on the app. Its not sync anymore and the videos are 10x speed default. Its useless somehow now. Please give an update for iOS 10 and fix the bug.

Thank you for a great application. I wish I could have it sooner. At least now I have a good tool to work on my pronunciation. Please add topics from medicine full of medical terminology--- would be a great help for medical students and nurses who are second language speakers Can you add dialogs from Dr. House series? One thing: when you listen to someones talk, record yourself and listen to your voice the program sometimes get stuck, it stops. And I have wait for a minute or so. Otherwise-- great tool! Thank you!

Its a great app! It helps me to improve listening skills in fast speed. I realize that there is a way to listen in 2x speed because of this application.
